EPITA is pleased to announce the signature of a Letter of Intent with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Arab Republic of Egypt (MCIT), on 23 September 2019 in Paris, regarding the collaboration in the areas of Information Technology education, especially Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Both parties believe in the prevalent and decisive role the information and communication technology perform in the future society. Cultivating talents and equipping the youth with the knowledge of this field is therefore of paramount importance.

Preceded with the welcome speech of Dr. Joël Courtois, the Managing Director of EPITA, and the opening speech of H.E. Dr. Amr S. Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, the discussion aimed to explore the potential for co-operation on double degree programs and short courses, staff exchange, in-service training for teachers etc. The mode of delivery would either be traditional place-based, or blended learning, or both.
