Discover “made in EPITA” innovations at the 2019 Viva Technology Salon
Back for a 4th edition, May 16–18, 2019 at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles exhibition center (15th district), the Viva technology trade show has, after only a few years, become a key international event for innovation. The show’s main partner since 2016 in the higher education sector, the IONIS Education Group participated once again this year, unveiling projects and start-ups by its students and alumni. The Group was set up in stand #22, where visitors were able to discover over 20 future concepts and solutions.
Designed and developed by Jonas Bouaziz, Arnaud Henric and Jérémie Zimmer (EPITA class of 2020), Neutral News centralizes and analyzes articles published by several thousands of digital sources throughout the world in real time to counter fake news. This current news initiative has already attracted the attention of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Idemia has developed a monitoring system that is able to identify the driver and check his or her level of attention. Idemia driving solutions provide increased safety for the driver and passengers. 3ie, the IT Innovation Institute of EPITA, has developed a 3D application that enables the company to present their monitoring system, and its uses.
3ie and Idemia were present from Thursday May 16 to Saturday May 18.
Created by Quentin Fapdepr, Sébastien Butler and Thomas Colle (EPITA class of 2013), the VoR Immobilier start-up specializes in the virtual tour sector, offering players in the new real estate industry powerful 3D immersion and persuasion tools to help reassure and win over their clientele.
