Chinese IT&Business Ministry Visits Epita

On Monday, November 15th, 25 members of the Chinese IT&Business Ministry visited Epita.  The visit was arranged in coordination with alumn Stéphane Bénnour president of IAMCP.

Joel Courtois, EPITA’s Director, oriented the delegation to the French university system and entertained a lively debate on the place and role of prestigious institutes of higher education, such as EPITA, in today’s French society.

Concluding a 2-hour long discussion with EPITA’s directing team, our honorable guests enjoyed a campus tour.  State-of-the-art computer labs were especially appreciated.

Upon parting, the group leader convened a follow-up meeting to discuss the revival of the franco-chinese Linux Project with EPITA students, which is promising of new oppportunities.
