*The price includes a selection of courses equivalent to a minimum of 6 ECTS credits (individual selection + integration program), accommodation, airport pick up, social and cultural activities and half-board on campus on weekdays.

Early Bird (registration before April 15th) and partner universities’ students get a discount of 10% on the program price!

Refund policy

Refunds are generated by the Accounting office after a student drops a course or cancels/withdraws from EPITA Summer Sessions before the following deadlines for refund.

Participants who wish to cancel must do so in writing by email. Their tuition fees will partially be refunded as follows:

  • Cancellation after May 15th, 2018: 50% refund
  • Cancellation after June 2nd, 2018: no refund possible

If Your Course is cancelled

Although very few courses are cancelled, EPITA Summer Sessions reserves the right to cancel a course if it has not enrolled to an adequate level prior to the beginning of the course's instruction.
Adequate course enrollment is determined by EPITA Summer Sessions' sole judgment.

In the case of course cancellation, all enrolled students are notified by email and given a full refund of the course fee or credit towards another course. If the canceled course is your only course, and you do not want to take another course in its place, you must cancel your registration by the cancellation deadline. YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED BECAUSE YOUR COURSE IS CANCELLED.

Refund from Credit Card Payments

If your fees have been paid with a credit card, and you are eligible to receive refund, you will receive a refund back to your bank account approximately within 30 days from the date you drop a course or cancel/withdraw from EPITA Summer Sessions.

Refund from Non-Credit Card Payments

If your fees have been paid with a method other than a credit card (money order, electronic check, bank wire, etc.), and you are eligible to receive a refund, it takes 30 days from the date the payment was originally received for a refund to be issued.

Course Credit

If you drop a course after the deadline to drop for refund, you will NOT receive a cash refund, but you will have course credit you may apply toward any course you subsequently add in the summer 2017 term. Course credits cannot be applied towards previously added courses, nor can it be transferred to another terms at EPITA. If a course added using course credit is dropped, you will not receive a refund, or you will owe the fees for the original course(s) dropped after the refund deadline
