You have a question about tuition fees or how to fund your studies ?

The EPITA teams can help you identify the costs associated with your program and the financing solutions best suited to your situation.

How to finance our studies at EPITA ?

Public or private scholarships, student loans, work-study programs, installment payment plans, or paid work—there are several ways to help fund your studies at EPITA. Eligibility depends on the specific program, the student’s profile, and the criteria for each individual funding option.

What forms of financial aid from the CROUS are available to EPITA students ?

As EPITA is recognized by the State, its students are eligible for the services provided by the CROUS—most notably, subject to meeting the necessary requirements, need-based scholarships.

Grants based on social criteria

Applications are submitted via the Dossier social étudiant (“DSE” = Student Social File), in accordance with the annual schedule set by the CROUS. This file can also be used to apply for accommodation in a CROUS university residence.

Exceptional assistance from the CROUS

The CROUS also offers financial aid designed to address specific, one-off difficulties or everyday expenses—for example, costs related to energy, transport, or mobility.

The terms and available support schemes are subject to change ; it is recommended that you consult the information published directly by the CROUS.

External scholarships and financial aid

Financial assistance may also be offered by regional or departmental councils, municipalities, certain government ministries, or mutual insurance organizations.

The specific schemes available depend on an individual’s situation and place of residence ; it is therefore advisable to inquire with the relevant authorities in your region.

EPITA Scholarships Based on Social Criteria

Each year, EPITA funds several scholarships based on social criteria. Candidates who would like to learn about the eligibility requirements may consult with the admissions team during the registration process.

Amazon Future Engineer : up to €7,500 in annual support

To promote access for young women to careers in the digital sector, EPITA participates in the Amazon Future Engineer program.

Each year, 10 female high school students who are scholarship recipients can receive support of up to €7,500 per year to pursue their studies in the field of technology.

This financial support is complemented by individual mentoring, provided in partnership with the organization Article 1 and delivered by an Amazon employee.

Specified conditions :

  • be a scholarship recipient in the final year of high school ;
  • apply to the post-secondary program at EPITA ;
  • commit to participating in the mentorship program offered by Article 1

Applications are accepted until mid-July each year.

Excellencia : The Award for Women Engineers in High-Tech, by EPITA

Each year, four female students have the opportunity to become ambassadors for women in the digital sector and receive funding for their two-year preparatory cycle at EPITA.

The Excellencia Award aims to encourage more young women to pursue careers in the digital and technology fields.

Applications are accepted from July 1st to July 15th each year.

Student loans : financing all or part of your tuition fees

Partner banks can finance all or part of your tuition fees, up to a set limit.

Partner banks offer financing solutions that can cover all or part of your tuition fees. EPITA students may also benefit from preferential rates negotiated by the school. Depending on the chosen arrangement, interest payments can be made during the course of study, with the repayment of the principal amount beginning after graduation, once the student enters the professional workforce.

To obtain the contact details for these partner banks, please reach out to the EPITA team.

The state-guaranteed student loan

The state-guaranteed student loan allows eligible individuals to finance their studies without the need for a parental guarantee or a means test.

Certain partner banks, including Société Générale and Crédit Mutuel, offer this scheme, subject to the availability of allocated funds.

Paying tuition fees in installments

To help with budget management, EPITA tuition fees can—depending on the specific program—be paid in 1, 4, or 10 installments over the course of the year.

In the event that a student must discontinue their studies due to a covered case of force majeure—such as an accident, the death of a close relative, or a serious or debilitating illness—the study insurance policy allows for the cessation of payments, in accordance with the established terms and conditions.

Work-study programs, internships, and paid activities during your studies

Various professional experiences or activities can help cover daily living expenses while studying.

Work-study programs

:Certain programs at EPITA can be pursued on a work-study basis. In this arrangement, the student receives a salary, and tuition fees are covered by the company, in accordance with the terms of the contract.

Internships

The engineering curriculum includes several paid corporate internships. These experiences allow students to develop their professional skills while receiving compensation.

Activities within the school

Certain assignments carried out within EPITA—those that go beyond the level of participation in school life normally expected of students—may also be remunerated. This applies, for instance, to certain tutoring or assistant roles involving students in younger cohorts.
