The international department at EPITA offers accommodation services to all international students enrolled in their bachelor or master programs before their arrival in France. Once the first installment of tuition fees is paid, the student will have access to the EPITA international students’ accommodation portal. Then he/she can choose and reserve their accommodation even before arriving in Paris.
Thanks to this service, included in the international pack, students will be placed in one of our residences, located at a walking distance from EPITA’s campus. Also, they can select their type of accommodation: studio, dormitory, apartment share or room share. The rents range from 350 to 750 euros, depending on the type of accommodation.
Dedicated teams are on hand to answer questions and provide students with anything they may need to make their stay a comfortable one and to deal with any problems that might arise.
Exchange students coming to EPITA also have the possibility of arranging their accommodation before they arrive (€125 booking fees, including airport pickup). They will live with our international students in furnished accommodations, with bills included (electricity, Internet, etc.), and within easy walking distance from campus.
If you need any help or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the International Team.

You don’t have a guarantor living in France? Studapart can replace your guarantor over the whole duration of your stay.
A guarantor is a person bringing financial security and attesting you are creditworthy. It’s difficult to rent a place in France without a French guarantor. In most cases, student residences and landlords require that your guarantor earns income in France.
